Initially, Google Inc unfurled Alphabet with the domain ABC.xyz
Not long ago Google announced the creation of a new company called Alphabet, which would essentially act as a mother company to Google and oversee its highly lucrative Internet business and a growing flock of other ventures. It also announced that its stock will begin trading as Alphabet on the Nasdaq under the same tickers "GOOG" and "GOOGL", and it was unfurled with the domain ABC.xyz.
However, Google has taken its new brand name a little too seriously, as it was recently learnt from various online reports that Google has bought a new URL, which is – take a deep breath- abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz.com. Yes, you read that right!
Although the URL is presently in active, Google Inc now owns Alphabet in the true sense.
