Exclusive: I didn’t want to make ‘Charles’ with Sanjay Dutt or Saif Ali: Prawaal Raman

Mumbai: The first look of ‘Main Aur Charles’ is out recently and with its mysterious vintage looks, the film looks promising. The film, which is based on the real life of prominent serial killer Charles Sobraj, Randeep Hooda will be seen playing the role of the serial killer.

In a conversation, director Prawaal Raman revealed that he took an exit from two big production houses since they were interested in casting Sanjay Dutt and Saif Ali Khan respectively for the role of Charles. He said, “I returned my pay cheques and walked out from the production houses since they were keen on casting Sanjay Dutt and Saif Ali Khan for the lead role and I wanted Randeep Hooda to play this role since I see Charles in him.”

Well, the trailer looks epoch since the film is set in 1980’s, will Randeep can pull off Charles Sobraj in the film, lets wait and watch.
