In an interview with Variety, Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow said that the pay gap between men and women needs to be filled and soon.
“Your salary is a way to quantify what you’re worth,” the Iron Man actress said, “If men are being paid a lot more for doing the same things it feels s****y.”
The actress, who earned a paltry $9 million in 2015 when compared to Robert Downey Jr, who earned $80 million, according to Forbes, also said that she thought “nobody is worth the money that Robert Downey Jr is worth”.
