Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' gets standing ovation at Busan International Film Festival

This film also marks Salman's eight 100 crore blockbuster

Mumbai: Kabir Khan attended Busan International Film Festival, where 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' was screened as 'Brother Bajrangi'. The film’s screening was a grand affair and the open air theatre was sold out instantly.

Kabir tweeted a series of pictures and wrote, “Brother Bajrangi at theatres in Korea Busan International film festival. Will send more pictures from screenings” and “The 5000 seater open air theatre where Bajrangi Bhaijaan is being screened tonight - sold out Busan film festival.”

Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' has broken several Bollywood box office records and crossed the 100 crore mark in just three days. This film also marks Salman's eight 100 crore blockbuster, making him the only Khan and also the only actor in the Hindi film industry to achieve this feet. It also happens to be the only film where Khan plays a simpleton with nothing more than a pure heart.

The film was appreciated and even received a standing ovation. Kabir, who couldn't contain his excitement posted, "The biggest audience ever.. #BajrangiBhaijaanInBusan 5000 people... Standing ovation... Amazing energy here.”

Bajrangi Bhaijaan released on July 17 and ever since then has been setting new records to its name. It also stars Kareeena Kapoor Khan, Harshaali Malhotra, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and others in key roles.
