However, amidst applauses the actress secretly misses her father Ashok Chopra. She wishes if her dad was alive to bask in the glory of her success. Ashok Chopra passed away two years ago after a prolonged battle with cancer.
PeeCee inherited the love for music from her late father and has always been vocal about their bond. "I miss my dad today. Always so happy for my achievements... The pride I saw in his eyes made me fly fearlessly knowing he'd catch me if I fall," the actress posted on posted on Twitter.
