New Delhi: Delhi court on Sunday sent Somnath Bharti, arrested in alleged domestic violence and attempt to murder case, to one-day judicial custody.
Delhi police had produced the Aam Aadmi Party legislator before the Delhi court as his three-day police remand ended on Sunday.
Somnath Bharti on Friday was taken to Agra, a day after the Supreme Court denied interim bail to the AAP MLA and his police custody extended for three days.
He was brought back to the capital by the Delhi Police, who took him to places around Agra and Mathura to confront people related to those who had allegedly sheltered him.
