Baahubali: The Beginning, blockbuster movie of this year will hit television screen today (October 4). For those who have missed the bilingual movie in theaters, which was dubbed into Malayalam, can watch it on Mazhavil Manorama at 6 pm. Ahead of the movie, there will be a small chat with the actors of Baahubali at 5.30 pm. Distributed by Global United Media in Malayalam, Baahubali released worldwide on 10 July 2015. This is the first time that it will appears on a television channel.
Written and directed by the ace filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli, the film narrates the story of Baahubali, a king who ruled the ancient kingdom Mahishmati in India. The movie fetched positive reviews from critics for its spectacular making and amazing visual effects and went on to become the third global highest grossing Indian film of all time and the highest grossing Indian film of all time within the country. The movie features an ensemble cast of Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah, Anushka Shetty in the lead roles and Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar, Adivi Sesh, Tanikella Bharani and Sudeep in supporting roles. The sequel Baahubali: The Conclusion is expected to release in October 2016.
