Hyderabad: In a minor reshuffle, the state government Friday effected transfers and postings to three IAS and one IFS cadre officers. Dr G. Vani Mohan, IAS, has been made commissioner of survey settlements and land records. Earlier, the orders posting her as mission director, national rural health mission (NHRM) and project director, AP AIDS control society, had been kept in abeyance, as she was “not interested” in taking up the post.
P. Usha Kumari, IAS, is posted as joint secretary to government minorities welfare department. Another important posting is of Visakhapatnam sub-collector Prasanna Venkatesh V, IAS, who is transferred and posted as additional commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority and Capital Area (CRDA).
Dr V.B. Ramana Murthy, IFS, vice-chairman and managing director, AP dairy development co-operative federation, Hyderabad, is transferred and posted as state project director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Principal secretary to government animal husbandry and dairy development and fisheries department has been told to make necessary in-charge arrangements, temporarily, for the post of vice-chairman and MD of AP dairy development co-operative federation, Hyderabad.
