There were rumours that the likes of Hansika, Amy Jackson, Shruti Haasan or Samantha would be roped in as a leading lady for Sivakarthikeyan’s next, to be directed by Bhagyaraj Kannan, who has been an assistant to Sundar C and Atlee. However it seems now that Keerthy Suresh will be seen as Sivakarthikeyan’s pair in the film.
Cinematographer PC Sreeram, who will be cranking the camera for this film, wrote on his Twitter page, “My next project with dir bakkiyarajkannan starring Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthi suresh shoot starts Nov 2 (sic).” Both Siva and Keerthy have already shared screen space in the yet-to-be released Rajini Murugan.
In this untitled flick, it’s said that Sivakarthikeyan will sport three looks, including that of an old man, a modern youngster and a woman. This is the first time the actor is undergoing so many changes in his get-up for a film.
The movie is also loaded with the names of bigwig technicians in the industry such as Antony L Ruben on editing, Oscar winner Resool Pookutty on sound and Sean Foot (WETA) handling the special makeup effects. Produced by 24 AM Studios, the film will have music by Anirudh Ravichander and art direction by T Muthuraj.
