Actress Madhoo, who was seen in films like Roja and Gentleman, is all set to play a negative character in her next Tamil venture titled Maha Natchathiram. The film also features actor Sathyaraj in a crucial role. Apparently, this is the first time in her career she’s working with a new team, adn she chose to work with them as she was impressed by the story.
Sources close to the film unit said that her character is a strong one and not just another ordinary role. “It isn’t exactly a villainous role, but something with dark shades,” the source added. Filmed by debutante Bharat Martin, the film will be produced by Pawan Kumar, who will play the male lead. Pawan also has plans to make the film in Telugu as well, sources added. One may recall that Madhoo made a comeback to Kollywood with the Dulquer Salmaan-starrer Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, a couple of years ago.
