Post-production is underway for the project

Filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj’s Iraivi starring Vijay Sethupathi, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Kamalini Mukherjee, Karunakaran and others, has successfully been wrapped up. Sources close to the film’s unit say that post-production is underway for the project, which is being jointly produced by C V Kumar and K E Gnanvel Raja.
“The film is gearing up for the release end of this year,” the source said. Touted to be a woman-centric film, it’s being said that the story revolves around the relationship between two brothers, who belong to a Christian family. We have also heard that the script loosely revolves around how women in this day and age influence society. Sources say that the first look of the film will be officially unveiled on Deepavali this year. However, official confirmation is awaited.
