The actress is optimistic despite the film's failure

Mumbai: After two successful films ‘Queen’ and ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’, Kangana failed to impress at the box office with ‘Katti Batti’. Speaking about the film’s failure at a recent event, the actress believes it’s time to move on to the next film.

According to reports, it was Salman Khan who recommended Kangana’s name for the film. When the film failed, all fingers were pointed at Salman for influencing her decision to take up the film. However Salman clarified that he had just recommended the actress’ name to have a look at the script, and it was solely her decision to sign the film.

“I think that film is done, and we all should move on to next films. And during the promotions a lot was spoken about. Let’s talk about the collections that I have lost today,” she said.

Kangana’s co-star Imran Khan, was banking on the film to revive his acting career. But sadly the film didn’t help resurrect his career.
