Narendra Modi pulls Mark Zuckerberg after shutterbugs say ‘side please’
New Delhi: Narendra Modi’s meet with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is continuing to make waves on social media after a video featuring the two went viral. The Prime Minister in the video is seen pulling Zuckerberg by the arm to the side as he was obstructing his view from the cameras.
Political parties in the country like AAP and Congress also took to sharing the video while taking pot shots at the PM for his love for the camera and criticising him for behaviour. But on examining the video, several shutterbugs can be heard saying ‘sir this side’ because Zuckerberg had his back facing the cameras and nobody could be seen.

The incident occurred before the start of the Townhall event in Silicon Valley on Sunday. In the video, Zuckerberg and the COO of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg are seen presenting a memento to Modi, who then holds Zuckerberg by his arm and pulls him to his right side so that the three of them are facing the camera.
Opponents of the BJP have come down heavily on Modi for the gesture with the Congress dubbing him a “NRI PM” who goes on foreign trips for “self promotion and selfies”.
