Kovai entrepreneur awards presented

COIMBATORE: To honour the achievements of entrepreneurs of Coimbatore, the Entrepreneur of the Year (EOTY) 2015 awards were presented by the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (EO) of Coimbatore.
Rajesh Doraisamy, president of EO, Coimbatore, said, “The Coimbatore revenue district is the highest revenue generation hub in the state and it has huge number of entrepreneurs. For inspiring and motivating entrepreneurs, the awards are being given and it will also build the most influential community of entrepreneurs.”
Ravi Chandran, MD, Craftsman Automation, bagged the established entrepreneur of the year award. After receiving the award, he said that the success of establishing success in business comes out of 80 percent of hard work along with the team work.
Anand, CEO of Payoda Technologies, who was given the emerging entrepreneur award, said, “As an entrepreneur, the life should be balanced with business activities and spiritual activities to overcome the situations and not to be suffer with failure.”
Hema Latha, CEO of Ampere Vehicles, was presented with the woman entrepreneur of the year award and she called upon the aspiring entrepreneurs to dream big for their business ventures.
Gopal Srinivasan, CMD of TVS Capital, called the entrepreneurs of Coimbatore hub to digitalise their business mode to be update with the changing trends in business and also to develop their business.
“The switch over to digitalisation from traditional business activities will help to tap new opportunities,” he said.
