Karnataka: Second leg of BJP’s yatra from october 1

Hubballi: State BJP president Pralhad Joshi said that the second leg of Raita Chaitanya Yatra of the party will commence from October 1 from Ballari and will tentatively conclude at Nargund on October 11.

Addressing mediapersons here on Monday, he said that party leaders will visit 57 Assembly constituencies in three separate teams in the second leg of the Yatra. He also said that the remaining constituencies would be covered in the next two legs to be held in a span of two months.

Stating that the party is holding rallies to give moral support to farmers who are suffering from severe drought, he said that the concluding event of the second leg of the Yatra at Nargund will be addressed by Union Minister for Suface Transport Nitin Gadkari.
