Hyderabad: A division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale and Justice S.V. Bhatt of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday refrained from intervening into the matter pending before the TS Assembly Speaker with regard to disqualification of TD MLAs Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Teegala Krishna Reddy and Challa Dharma Reddy, Congress MLAs Kale Yadaiah, D.S. Redya Naik, G. Vittal Reddy and K. Kanakaiah and YSRC MLA B. Madanlal.
The bench dismissed the appeals moved separately by Congress, TD and YSRC leaders seeking direction to the Speaker to expedite hearing of applications pending before him.
