Sanjay Dutt sports new look after furlough

The actor who hasn't let the circumstances pull him down, has been rigorously working out
Mumbai: Sanjay Dutt, who is currently serving his five-year jail term after being convicted in the 1993 bomb blasts case, headed back to jail on September 26, as his 30-day furlough came to an end. During his term outside jail, the actor received visits from many stars including director Vidhu Vinod Chopra. He also went visiting Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai. On September 25, the actor was also spotted paying a visit to the famous Lalbaugh Ganpati pandal.
The actor who hasn't let the circumstances pull him down, has been rigorously working out. The actor was seen showing off washboard abs when he had been on furlough last time. To balance his previous exercise routine, he has innovatively substituted the dumbbells with two buckets of water. This time, we couldn't help but notice his funky hairdo. He was seen sporting blonde highlights.
On work front, the actor will be co-producing his own biopic featuring Ranbir Kapoor. He also had a discussion about projects with Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

He was in the news lately, after a report claimed that the actor filed for pardon. However he made it clear on September 26, that the reports were untrue and that he did not ask for pardon from the Maharashtra Governor nor did he request anyone else to do so on his behalf.
56-year-old Dutt was convicted in 2007 by a special TADA court under the Arms Act for possession of arms and sentenced to five years rigorous imprisonment. Dutt had spent 18 months in jail in 1996 after his arrest. In May 2013, the actor surrendered after the Supreme Court upheld his conviction and sentence. The actor has since then been lodged in the Yerwada Central prison at Pune. After he was sent to Yerwada in May 2013, Dutt had been out on parole twice and an equal number of times on furlough.
In October 2013, he was out on furlough for 14 days, which was extended by a fortnight. In January 2014, a 30-day parole was extended by another 30 days. In December 2014, he was granted a 14-day furlough. Since August 27, 2015, he has been again out on furlough. Dutt has spent nearly 30 months in prison already and is due to walk out as a free man in February 2016.
