Kushboo tweets about ‘Cho Ramaswamy’s death’

Stars and politicians often become prey to rumour mills and there have been many instances, when they have ‘been killed’ on social media, especially Twitter. The latest person to be a victim of this was political satirist Cho Ramaswamy. Actress-politician Kushboo had initially tweeted, “Sad to hear the demise of #ChoRamasamy. May his soul rest in peace (sic).” This created quite a frenzy on social media with many making fun of the actress’ ignorance.
Soon Kushboo realised the blunder and was quick to apologise on social media. She posted, “I tweeted about #ChoRamasamy coz I was sent a link confirming his demise n if this untrue,my 1000 apologies...may he live a long life. (sic).” Kushboo added, “Wonder why n how ppl play along with the lives of someone..though being politically at opposite ends, have great respect for #Cho-Ramasamy (sic).”
We hear that Cho Rama-swamy is pretty much alive and is in fact, slightly better. His condition has been critical and he was admitted to a private hospital on Friday. He’s been in and out of hospital over the last few months due to respiratory issues.
