Arya-Anushka-starrer Inji Iduppazhagi will hit the screens on October 9. A bilingual romantic story focusing on the concept of weight loss, the film features Anushka in two distinctly different looks. The film already has created a huge buzz with its teasers and posters, and garnered close to 4 million views due to Anushka’s obese look in the film.
It is rumoured that the actress gained almost 20 kgs for her role and then with the help of Arya’s fitness tips, lost all of it! Directed by debutant K.S. Prakash and touted to be a rib-tickling romantic comedy, we hear that the story will focus on the theme of being figure-conscious.
It's said that Arya’s enthusiasm towards fitness has played an important role in scripting Inji Iduppazhagi. Sources say that in a light-hearted manner, the advantages and disadvantages of obesity are discussed and that audiences will realise that being happy is more important than being size zero!
Arya and Anushka will be seen as a captivating couple and the film has Sonal Chauhan, Prakash Raj, Urvashi and others in important roles. Directed by Prakash Kovelamudi and Produced by PVP Cinema, Inji Iduppazhagi, also called Size Zero in Telugu, has music by Maragathamani and Nirav Shah handling the camera.
