Rishi Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Nana Patekar bid adieu to Lord Ganesha

Mumbai: Like every year, the Kapoors celebrated the festival of Lord Ganesha with zest. The Kapoor brothers- Rishi, Randhir and Rajiv bid adieu to their RK Studios' Ganpati. Visibly absent from these pictures was actor Ranbir Kapoor, who is currently in London shooting for Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.

Although we have seen the Kapoors in a few films this year, none so far have gone on to become a box office hit. Both Ranbir and father Rishi have had films that didn't do as well as expected. Ranbir's 'Bombay Velvet' and Rishi's 'All Is Well' failed to hit the mark, but both father and son hope to redeem themselves with their upcoming flicks. While Ranbir has Imtiaz Ali's 'Tamasha' to look forward to, Rishi will be see in the family drama 'Kapoor and Sons'.

The most exuberant parts of the Ganesh festival are the street processions and immersion of statues in the water. Neil Nitin Mukesh and his family too performed the rituals and soon the entire family headed out for visarjan.

Also, snapped was Nana Patekar who bid adieu to Lord Ganesha after 11 days.
