Jackky Bhagnani attends ‘He Named Me Malala’ premiere in New York

Actor Jackky Bhagnani, who made a terrible Twitter error last year when he misspelt Malala Yousafzai’s name as ‘Masala’, finally got a chance to meet the Nobel Peace Prize winner recently in New York. Jackky was invited to the premiere of He Named Me Malala, a documentary on Malala Yousafzai. Malala’s father, Pakistani diplomat Ziauddin Yousafzai and Hollywood actress Scarlette Johansson also marked their attendance.

Jackky had earlier met Malala and her family over dinner and posted a few photos. One of the tweets on September 9 read, “From a mistake to a dream meeting! To my hero, thank you #Malala @ZiauddinY”
