Two dogs were fighting over the body of a baby on Wednesday

Chennai: Following a complaint from residents of Anna Nagar slum area in Kasimedu harbour that they had witnessed two dogs fighting over the body of a baby on Wednesday night, the police had recovered the mortal remains and removed it to the Stanley medical college hospital for further test.
“It was not even clear if it was a body of a boy or girl. The people in the slum noticed two dogs fighting over it and chased the dogs away before informing us. We had sent the body parts to the hospital,” the police said.
