FIR under the same sections has been registered against the directors of online portal - Sanjiv Gupta, Anand Sonbhadra, Piyush Pankaj, Kiran Kumar Sriniwas Murti and marketing officer Puja Goyal.

In his FIR, Bansal alleged that he had ordered a 40-inch LED TV from the site on August 23, for which he paid Rs 29,999 through his debit card, but as promised, he did not get the product within 10 days.

He also alleged that due to promotion of the site by Farhan and Ranbir, people fall prey to the site. He further alleged that the site sent him the bill but not the product.
