Shop CJ has warehouses and presence in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru

Visakhapatnam: South Korea based world’s second biggest home shopping company, CJO Shopping’s Indian arm, Shop CJ, is looking at regional market in the southern states in India.

CJO Shopping’s Indian arm, Shop CJ, would be launching an Andhra specific, Telugu shopping TV channel by December. Thereafter channels in Kannada and Tamil will also be launched, said, Shop CJ, CEO, Kenny Shin.

Shop CJ having around 7 million customer base in India already has a English and Hindi shopping television channels. Shop CJ’s last fiscal turnover has been Rs 850cr and the Asia’s number one home shopping network, has now set a target of turnover between Rs 1,100cr to Rs 1,150cr in India for the current fiscal.

The giant home shopping company would be investing around Rs 150cr this financial year in India for setting up new regional studios and also a warehouse in north eastern part of India.

“At present there are around 400 products on Shop CJ which we intend to increase the number to around 1,000 in the coming days. We at least get 10,000 orders in a day and from Vizag we get at least 50. Daily around 40,000 people visit either our website or the mobile app.
