Arya will team up with cinematographer-filmmaker KV Anand for an untitled project, which is expected to start shooting later this year. There are rumours that Sivakarthikeyan was approached for this project, but he had felt that this script wouldn’t suit his image, and that’s how Arya has been roped in.
An insider says that it’s true that Arya is going to do the film, which will be a full-on action entertainer with Anand AGS Entertainment producing it. Earlier, there had been speculation that KV Anand had signed Ajith for the project, but the director had dismissed those reports as well.
So, it will be the most highly anticipated project for AGS after their successful venture Thani Oruvan. Further, sources said that the film crew is busy finalising the rest of the cast. Apparently, this will be AGS’s third film with Anand after Maatraan and Anegan. Meanwhile, Arya currently has Size Zero, Arjun Divya Matrum Karthik, a romantic-comedy in the pipeline.
