Cotton farmer ends life in Adilabad district
Meanwhile, two other farmers died in Adilabad and Warangal districts
Hyderabad: A 35-year-old farmer committed suicide in Adilabad district after his cotton crop was destroyed in heavy rains. D. Deepak of Sirsanna village in Bela mandal committed suicide by consuming pesticides after his cotton crop was completely inundated and destroyed. He had outstanding debts of Rs 2.5 lakh.
Meanwhile, two other farmers died in Adilabad and Warangal districts. A 23-year-old farmer Mohd. Razak died of electrocution at Medam-palli village in Khanapur mandal of Adilabad district.
Another 51-year-old farmer O. Samayya in Kaluvala village of Kesamudram village in Warangal district died after he fell unconscious and no one attended to him.
