Yum restaurants move caveat in Hyderabad High Court
Hyderabad: Yum Restaurants India Pvt. Ltd. moved a caveat petition before the Hyderabad High Court urging it not to pass any ex parte orders without giving it the opportunity to be heard.
The petitioner submitted that it owns 10 KFC Restaurants in the city and that it has moved the chief judge of City Civil Court against the All India Students Federation (AISF), All India Youth Federation (AYFI) and Balala Hakkula Sangham and Students Federation of India (SFI) for obstructing its legitimate business.
The company said that the lower court granted an ad-interim injunction by restraining the respondents from interfering in its business and that the respondents may move the High Court against the injunction to obtain ex parte orders behind its back by suppressing facts.
