Radhikaa apologised for the derogatory remarks made by her brother Radha Ravi on Vishal team
With elections for South Indian Artistes Association (SIAA), more often addressed as Nadigar Sangam, nearing, the two teams of the association are vigorously campaigning for victory. The teams, ‘Pandavar Ani’ led by actor Vishal and the other headed by present president Sarath Kumar have been meeting all senior artistes seeking votes.
Sarath team on Monday met the press and lashed out at the other group. About 187 members including Radhikaa Sarath, Radha Ravi, Simbu, Mumtaz, Shaam and Vijayakumar among others supporting the Sarath team were present. They said they are confident of winning the election. Refuting allegations made by the other team, Sarath said, “Nadigar Sangam is one family which should not disintegrate. I, Vijayakanth and Radha Ravi and others have worked hard for the association and have solved several issues. Let’s not hit below the belt. If anyone continues to make allegations on us, I will break my silence. Don’t make me open the ‘Pandora’s Box’. If I reveal some secrets, it will hurt many people. They won’t be able to bear the consequences”.
Radhikaa apologised for the derogatory remarks made by her brother Radha Ravi on Vishal team. She also condemned the allegations of mismanagement made against Sararth and other officer-bearers, by Vishal and his supporters. Simbu, the young member in the team said, “It’s not about young or old. Whoever is trustworthy, I stand by them. At the end of the day, justice will prevail”.
