Baahubali to release in 5,000 screens in China
Director S.S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali has been added to India’s list of exports. The film is all set to open in neighbouring China to an epic 5,000 screens — this November. Since its release, Baahubali: The Beginning has shattered numerous records and today, stands to be the highest domestic grosser in the history of Indian Cinema — taking over Rs 500 crore from the country’s box office. It was also dubbed into several Indian languages and enjoyed releases in the US, UK and other countries.
According to a note from the filmmakers, the film is being released by the same company — Arka Mediaworks International — which brought out Aamir Khan’s pk in China.
