Television personality Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s thin frame turned heads when she returned to the X-Factor this season as a judge, and a source has revealed that her extreme weight-loss is due to some family troubles.
The source told The Sun, “Cheryl’s been going through a great deal of stress recently and has been left very upset over this matter,” adding that she’s “putting on a brave face and trying to focus on work”.
The loss of her father-in-law earlier this year had earlier been pegged as the reason for her stress, when she wrote on social media about people criticising her body, “It should be illegal; for people to attack others over their appearance... You have no idea what I’ve been going through, just losing my father-in-law and everything that comes with that.”
