The actor is teaming up with Ranjith for the third time

It is known that actor Kalaiarasan, who rose to fame with Madras, is currently busy with Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali, which is being directed by Ranjith. The actor is teaming up with Ranjith for the third time and apparently has a meaty role to play in the movie. He is also awaiting the release of the horror film Jinn which is based on real life incidents, and the revenge flick Urumeen.
In the meantime, Ranjith has a film in his kitty — titled Raja Manthiri. The movie has lensman PG Muthiah turning producer for the first time. According to a source, the film, featuring a few comedians, has completed post-production, and we hear the makers are mulling over a release date. Meanwhile, the shooting of the second film under Muthiah’s production, tentatively titled Maraindhirundhu Paarkum Marmam Enna, has commenced in the city recently. The movie has music scored by Justin Prabhakaran.
