Hyderabad: The Water Board is launching an app to provide bill alerts, payment due alerts, with provisions for complaints and tanker booking. Bills can be paid through the app which will be available initially on the Android platform.
Consumers will have to register using their Consumer Account Number and mobile phone number registered with Water Board. On registration, a One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile number for authentication. After successful login, services can be used. Customers who wish to avail of this service can download the Water Board mobile app from the Google Play store.
