MS Dhoni moves Supreme Court to stay ‘Vishnu pose’ case
A bench of Justices Pinaki Chandra Ghose and N.V. Ramana will hear his appeal on Sept. 14
New Delhi: One-day cricket captain M.S. Dhoni has moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the criminal proceedings initiated against him for a cover photo published in a business magazine in 2013 showing him as Lord Vishnu.
A bench of Justices Pinaki Chandra Ghose and N.V. Ramana will hear his appeal on September 14 which is directed against a Karnataka High Court order refusing to quash the proceedings.
