Trisha, who will be seen in the horror film Nayaki directed by Govi, says she is doing the film for her former manager Giridhar.
“When I told Govi to do a film with my manager, he came up with a bound script and I liked it very much. I accepted the film in just five minutes and I am happy that I am doing a film in my favourite genre,” says Trisha, who was in town to promote the film .
She adds. “The story is based in the 1980s and my character has two shades. I am a director’s actress and I simply follow the director,” she adds.
Ganesh Venkatraman is playing the lead actor in the film, which is releasing in Telugu and Tamil.
Nayaki’s first look has created a buzz on social media with even director S.S. Rajamouli commenting on it. Raghu Kunche, who is providing music for the film, had said that he would make Trisha sing in the film....
