Kochi: Mayor Tony Chammany and corporation secretary V.R. Raju will attend a high level meeting on the proposal to set up smart cities convened by the Urban affairs minister Venkaiah Nadu to be held in Hyderabad on Monday.
A detailed discussion on the projects to be undertaken as part of the Smartcity project in Kochi and their implementation will be held during the meeting, Mr Chammany said in a statement on Sunday.
The meeting is expected to discuss the economical and technical issues connected with the implementation of the Smartcity projects in the country.
The meeting will be attended by select officials and representatives from civic bodies in South India.
