Hyderabad: During his interactions with students on the eve of Teacher’s Day Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with Nizamabad student and the youngest woman to climb Mount Everest, Malavath Purna.
Mr Modi asked Purna what life was like after climbing the Everest. When Purna asked Mr Modi who had influenced him the most, he said, “It is not just one person, but several throughout my life.”
“I used to read about Swami Vivekananda and his life inspired me a lot,” he said. Purna is a Class X student of TS Residential Welfare School at Tadwai mandal in Nizamabad district. In May 2014, she had become the youngest woman in the world to scale Mount Everest.
