Fire breaks out at RBI tower in Mumbai

8 fire engines have rushed to the spot to control the fire

Mumbai: A fire broke out in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) building in suburban Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) on Friday.

There was no immediate report of any causalty, firebrigade sources said.

The blaze erupted on the fourth floor of the building at around 8.30 AM, they said.

Ten fire engines have been rushed to the spot.

The cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained, sources added.
