Shah Rukh Khan thrills crowd with 'lungi dance' at IAA event in Kochi

Shah Rukh Khan flew down to Kochi to inaugurate the silver jubilee celebrations of the International Advertising Agency (IAA) India Chapter where he enthralled audience with his 'lungi dance'. (Scroll down to watch the video)- He disclosed the way to a woman's heart, “There’s no conquering a woman, it’s only by being partners that you hit the right note…. You should be gentle, extremely respectful and courteous to a lady.” Now, that's very thoughtful of him!
- Karunya, a Delhi girl, was swept off her feet when SRK brought her on stage and said the dialogue, 'Teri aankhon ki namkeen mastiyan….' He also dedicated his success to the women in his life. He added, “Women should not aspire to be equal to men.
- He also spoke about indiscretion in selection of projects to extreme self-consciousness stemming from 'scary stature'. He added, “However, I’m here to thank you for what I learnt from you, not what I earned from you.”
- He also declared that he would have sold the 'wonder bra' when he began his parallel career as brand ambassadors 25 years ago.
- In his speech, he mentioned that many people warned him that the decision of venturing into advertising world would prove as a liability. But looks like it has been proved otherwise!
- Taking to the stage after an illuminating presentation by senior bureaucrat Amitabh Kant on the India tourism growth story, SRK broke into crooning the famous song ‘Phir phi dil hai Hindustani….’
- The ‘Badshah of brands’, as he was introduced by summit chairman Pradeep Guha, lived up to his fame. The audience got a glimpse of his crazy antics, funky lungi dance with ad honchos along with some witty one-liners.
