Patna: Responding to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s attack on Tuesday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said, “Prime Minister didn’t look confident on the issue of development package during his speech in Bhagalpur”.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who had earlier tweeted asking the Prime Minister to “show moral courage” without making “fake” promises to Bihar people, came under sharp attack by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the rally.
“If Prime Minister is not aware, I must inform him that I have been giving my government’s report card every year,” Mr Kumar said adding, “I had promised I will improve the condition of electricity in the state which I have done. I don’t need anybody’s certificate on good governance”.
