The food looks appealing and attractive. Similarly at home, mothers can work towards attracting children towards healthy foods by cutting vegetable and fruits into different sizes and shapes.
Also, a dash of greens and veggies cut in different shapes and dressed around foods is found to attract attention.” Dressing foods attractively is found to create interest even for those foods which people don’t like.
