It was a wedding and a reception that had throngs of people ambling into an already packed to the hilt Palace Grounds. So much so that there was a constant stampede onstage.
According to our sources, the proud and generous dad, Shivanna gifted his son-in-law Dileep a high-end BMW. Several veteran, politicians, personalities from various fields and stars attended the wedding and reception. The menu was the same for fans and distinguished guests, traditional South Indian fare. Interestingly, Kumar Bangarappa, the elder brother of Mrs Geetha Shivarajkumar, and the son of former chief minister Bangarappa was absent despite being invited due to the alleged political differences between the two families. The couple, of course are on a high after this much-talked about wedding.
