Indrani, Sanjeev followed 'plan C' in doing away with Sheena

The first plan, as suggested by Sanjeev was to kill Sheena in the flat, where she lived with her fiancé Rahul Mukerjea, thus making him the suspect. But Indrani expressed his apprehension that they might be recognised later by anyone in the building, and it could mean trouble.

Meanwhile, another plan was put forth by Indrani, where she could call Sheena to her residence in Worli considering her husband Peter Mukerjea was not in town, making it ideal to kill Sheena. But Sanjeev was against this plan as he felt this could turn the suspicion on them and lead to police interrogation.

It was then finalised that the car was the best place to commit the act and that her body be later burnt. Reports have also indicated that the trio had conducted a recce in the forest where she was later burnt.
