Mumbai: Salman Khan is one of the few actors in Bollywood, who has observed a ‘no-kiss- policy from the start of his acting career. Even with the emerging western influence in Bollywood cinema the actor has stuck to his principles and wishes debutants Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty do the same.
According to reports, Salman decided to make a cut in the film. The actor wasn’t too happy with a scene where the actors lips brush against each other in a love song sequence, and suggested editing it out completely.
Sooraj, who is the son of actor Aditya Pancholi, and Athiya, who is the daughter of Suneil Shetty will be making their Bollywood debut in Nikhil Adavni’s ‘hero’. The film is a remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1983 love story by the same name. The film will release on September 10.
