Forgive Saif Ali Khan for ‘Humshakals’ and go watch him in ‘Phantom’
The actor going through a low phase, might may just get back all the audiences he lost
Mumbai: Kabir Khan’s next ‘Phantom’ releases tomorrow and it really stays true to the slogan of the film, ‘A story you wish were true’. Starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, director Kabir has confessed that making this film was way tougher than making ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. We saw the film last night and Saif Ali Khan who is going through a low phase after a series of duds, might just go through a new high with this film. 'Humshakals' did a lot of damage to his brand of acting and despite 'Happy Ending' being a good entertainer; it witnessed minimal turn out of audiences at the theatres. Here’s what we loved about Saif Ali Khan in Phantom that will just win back all the audience he had lost.
INTENSE
Phantom is packed with dramatic scenes and Saif Ali Khan’s intense acting ensures you are right in the reel drama that unfolds in front of you.
ACTION
Saif Ali Khan is seen doing a lot of running around in some really gruesome action scenes which is so well shot by Kabir Khan. With so much energy, he has worked so hard as if it was his debut film
ROMANCE
Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif have a lot of scenes together where they take the story forward. But there are moments of romance that Kabir has shown and when it comes to those one-liners and that smile, can Saif Ali Khan really go wrong? Go check out in the movie.
ANGRY MAN
The man is on a mission and is plotting and scheming things to accomplish his mission. The ending chase sequence to kill one of the main terrorists is the highlight of the film. It’s a scene where you will hear whistles and claps and make you feel the pain of what India went through during the 26/11 attacks.
