After being popular in Thailand for years, the rolled ice cream is now going global and sending ice cream lovers on social media into a tizzy, all thanks to a new ice cream shop in New York City called 10 Below Ice Cream.

They prepare their rolled ice cream with adding mix-ins like Oreos, fruit, wafers and even green tea. The chopping and rolling technique used ensures that the ingredients are evenly dispersed.

You can also try your hand at making this cool dessert by pouring liquid ice cream onto a metal plate, which cools the mixture. After that add in the mix-ins of your choice and continue chopping and rolling the ice cream.
