Stunning images of Mars captured by India’s Mars Orbiter Spacecraft

This image was captured using the Mars Color Camera from an altitude of 8,449 km.- The images captured by the Mars Colour Camera has helped scientists understand the geological processes taking place on Mars.
- The new Mars Colour Camera also captured the 3D view of Arsia Mons, which is a huge volcano on Mars
- The image of the region around Comas Sola crater was also captured by the Mars Colour Camera.
- The Eos Chaos is basically a part of the gigantic Valles Marineris Canyon of Mars.
- 3D portrayals of Ophir Chasma terrain on Mars.
- Valles Marineris is the largest canyon system about 4000 km long, 200 km wide and 7 km deep. Captured by the Mars Colour Camera, this image shows the three dimensional view of Valles Marineris on Mars.
