The team will be shooting in parts of Punjab and Haryana
Mumbai: After months of prep and rigorous training, Aamir Khan will finally begin shooting for ‘Dangal’ next month. The actor will take on the role of legendary wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat in the biopic.
According to reports, the team will begin shooting in September and most of the film will be shot in parts of Punjab and Haryana. It took the actor months to get ready for the role, from rigorous workouts to following a strict diet. He even had to gain weight to get into character.
A couple of days ago, it was revealed that TV actress Sakshi Tanwar will be playing Aamir’s wife in the film. The film will also feature two debutantes Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanya Malhotra, who will play Aamir’s daughters.
