ACB told to file affidavit on a plea by Mr V Pradeep Chowdary

Justice A.V. Sesha Sai of the Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday directed the ACB of Telangana to file a counter affidavit on a plea by Mr V. Pradeep Chowdary, TD’s student wing leader, alleging harassment by the ACB and for trying to implicate him in the cash-for-vote scam.

He alleged that ACB officials were causing mental agony to him by calling him frequently as a witness without evidence on his acquaintance to the facts of the scam.

The judge directed the ACB to file the counter affidavit before Monday.
