Hyderabad: The ACB in its chargesheet said, “Accused 2 (Harry Sebastian) gave his visiting card (to Mr Sebastian) and informed (him) that he was sent by Mr Naidu to negotiate with him for either abstaining from the voting or casting his vote in favour of TD in MLC elections. He further offered him Rs 2 crore for abstaining from the voting and also offered a family trip to Jerusalem He further said that he would take LW1 (Listed Witness-1, Mr Stephenson) to Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, CM of AP state, for further clarification. But LW1 refused to go. Then A2 said that Revanth Reddy will come on behalf of N. Chandrababu Naidu and would negotiate with him and further requested to confirm the offer... (sic)”.

Interestingly two mobile phones used by Mr Revanth Reddy were not registered in his name. One was registered with A. Krishna Reddy, his brother, and other with one Saidulu. Both have been made witnesses in the case. The ACB also recorded the statements of service providers Bharati Airtel, Idea, BSNL and Reliance and made them witnesses.
