Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari salute with left hand, face flak online

Mumbai: While Bollywood celebrities showed their patriotic side on Independence day by posting ‘#SaluteSelfies’, Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari received a lot of criticism for saluting with their left hand.

While Shahid wrote, "#SaluteSelfie acknowledging the selfless, brave heroes #IndianArmy", Aditi wrote, "Thank you for every single day that you selflessly risk your life for our peace and happiness #SaluteSelfie."

After which the actors received comments like, “Salute with right hand not with the left”, and “Dude..no one salutes with the left hand..!”
